visitor visa from Kuwait

Hi,

My brother(Indian citizen) and his family (Indian Citizen) who are residing in Kuwait wants to visit us(sister) here( US) for a month. How can he apply for the visa from Kuwait? My brother is a Dentist who is working in Kuwait. His wife is not working and has 2 small kids who goes to school in Kuwait. They want to visit us in June-July. What are the documents they need to provide and do we need to send any from here? Appreciate all the inputs.

There are two issues in the B1/B2 decision;

1.Funding;

Since your bro is a dentist, it is obvious he can fund the trip to US.
They will ask how much he earns, He can show his income papers, bank statements.

2.Ties to place of residence ;
How long has he been in Kuwait? What is the duration of his job contract?
Again income. His future plans ; Return to India ? When ?

All you need to do is send an invitation on your letterhead, stating you are his sis on xxx visa in the US,
working as xxx , inviting his family for vacation time during xxx months.
Also send a copy of your visa/gc/passport ( whatever applies).
And some sort of proof that you are his sis. ( birth certificate copies of you and him both showing common parent names)

He should take proof of his employment ,contract copy, income statements , property papers if any,
Kuwait visa papers.

They usually do not ask to look at many documents but decide mainly on the basis of verbal answers.

Also, look at US embassy Kuwait website for the exact specific procedure to apply.
