Health Insurance Question

Hi,

I would like to know info about insurance companies that provide Travel Insurance for visitors (on Tourist visa) travelling from the US to India.
(Home Country of Visitors - India)

When I checked online quotes about travel medical insurance, it says that home and destination country cannot be the same, and thus they are not eligible.
Can anyone suggest an alternative to this?

You have misundestood.

They are asking for the 'Destination' the entire trip, not just for the travel back to India.

Therefore, the destination is still the U.S.
