B2 VISA for parents and COS simultaneously

Hi,

I have already applied for B2 visa for my parents and my husband is sponsoring them for the trip. Their interview is scheduled in March. However, I am planning to apply for COS from L1B visa to H4 as a dependent on my husband's H1B visa. Will this be an issue to apply simultaneously? As my husband's documents are more important in both the cases?

It does not matter.
THey will be asked about your visa status in the US , they can just say L1B. You will also have to send them your passport and visa copies.
