  • Sponsoring - status changed

    Hi,

I am sponsoring my in-laws and they have their interview in 3 weeks time. However, I recently changed jobs - which means all my employment info is out-dated (I-134, employment letter, invitation letter etc..). Question:

1> Do I have to resend all that info with changes? Currently, I have not even received my first pay-stub...
2> Could I send a fresh set of docs with my wife as sponsor? My concern here is that her salary is low. Would that be a problem? How much low is considered low for sponsorship purpose?

    Any help/guidance appreciated.

    Thanks,

Thanks for your reply. If I understand you correct, the docs that I had sent earlier (with now outdated info) could still be used, esp as the timeline is very close. Let me know if otherwise.

      Thanks again.
