I wish to sponsor my brother in law for B2 tourist visa. He is single in his early 20s. it is pertinent to prove to the consulate that he will return to his home country after visiting USA. He has no property on his name and is single. He does not study anymore and has no bank account. His parents will stay behind. So what kind of convincing evidence can be presented to the consulate? Please help.

You cannot present any evidence from your side.
They will judge on their own by asking questions about
job, marital status , purpose of visit, sponsorship.
*Young ,
*single
*not well settled in a job in home country ,
*sponsored by close relatives in US
*Purpose of visit -- casual.
All these things make the officers think he
will not return. Parents are not considered as a tie.
