regarding DS 160 form

I am applying for B2 visa for my parents. Do I need to fill 2 separate DS-160 forms for them (one for father and one for mother)? I heard that sometimes, they create issues at fingerprinting appointment, if you don't have 2 separat DS forms.

DS-160 form is always per person. It is never together.
