Visitor Visa B-2 for 16 days

Hi,

I am planning for a B-2 visa for 16 days. As of now, I am 24 yrs old. I have the grad day invite letter posted to me by my brother. I am working in an IT company as well from past 2.6 yrs. Can someone please tell me if it will be difficult to get the Visitor Visa? or any suggestions are welcome.
