Anybody who has recently paid the fee online (through NEFT) for more than one parent at the same time kindly help with my question.
I need to pay fees for my parents visa appointments. The online form at "cgifederal.secure.force.com" says I need to pay 2 x $160 = $320 (i.e. INR 18240.0). However, the same form has 2 "Receipt Number" fields - one for each parent.
I am confused/concerned because everywhere online it warns to make the payment for the right amount (i.e. neither overpay nor underpay) because none of the erroneous payments are refundable.
Should I make 2 payments of $160 (i.e. INR 9120) or 1 payment of $320?
Any help is highly appreciated.
