I don't see any problem if you have not yet started working.

          Hi
i need a little more clarification. Since im not in project for alomost 10 months now since i got my h1, it will not be an issue will, and can that cause them to reject my parents visa?

Ideally, you should not leave any scope for suspicion when sponsoring your parents. Even if your husband is the sponsor,
you should have waited before sponsoring till you actually started working.

You will get into trouble in the US if they say you are not working. If asked, they can just name the company that sponsored you and show the copies of your H-1 stamp or I-94.
