hi,
I came to us with family 5 months back with family on H1-b visa and dont have 5K dollars per person for all the 4 people i wanted to sponsor.
I want my mother, father, father in law and the sister of the father in law to visit us for 15 days and all of them are retired except for sis of FIL who has a govt job and gets paid something like 25K pm..
My Parents havea 1.2 cr flat fo them and my FIL and Sis of FIL have their own flats and a saving of around 10 L per person in FDs.
Would this be enuf for the them to self sponsor? I am going to take care of their acccomodatin and food obviously.

I have been sending money back to indian and thats the reason that i dont have more than 5 K in my acccount otherwise i would have liked to sponsor.

I suggest you wait till you are able to sponsor.
Because their retired status and low savings will mean they cannot self fund ( property value is not considered)
income and savings are most important for self funding.

And do not sponsor so many people at once.
Get your parents here first.

Your FIL's sister should not apply with everyone .
She will be assessed on her own situation ( does she have husband and kids in I ndia)
