Frequent visits to US by B2 Visa

I visited US last December 2012 for two weeks by B2(tourist) visa and now planning to visit again this March 2013 for a short tour of 5 days. Please advise whether frequent visits will be authorized within this short span of 2 months gap.

If you can give them a good reason for the quick visit, it should not be a problem.
ALso carry proof of your employment back home and proof of purpose of visit.

The reason for my first visit is a leisure trip for tour. Now I am going for the second visit for meeting my friend and touring for 1 week. Is this reason acceptable for my entry in a short gap of 3 months? What kind of proof is required for this purpose of visit? Please advise me.

There is no fixed rule how many visits you can make after how many days. It all depends on the discretion of the entry officer.

A strict officer can ask you the need for such a quick pleasure visit, your host's invite, contact, your work/study proof back home.

Advice; Avoid it if it is not that important. give it till after april.

I just wanted to attend the cherry blossom festival on 1st week of April and also meet my friends.
Is this a concrete reason for the entry at POE?
