Name conflict

Hi,
My parents are planning to visit USA for 20-25 days this summer.my father is senior govt employee in India and my mother is house wife.i'm working in USA with fte position with a reputed company.
My mother has 2 names. By mistake in my passport her name is not same as her official documents and passport.
My parents might not need sponsorship, as they are financially independent,they have house in India .my sibling is also studying there.so they will definitely go back to India.
My question is if I don't sponsor them, will different name in my passport cause any issue.
