Mistake in DS160: Interview in 2 days: Mistake: Have u attended secondary level of ed

Hello All,

My Parents are attending Visitor Visa Interview in 2 days

In my mom's application - there is a mistake on the question - " Have you attended secondary level of education or higher" Answer should be Yes but was entered NO. She has a Masters Degree.

what can be done now?

Is that a serious mistake ?

Tickets are booked for Kolkata and they are flying in a day.
Are there any chances my mother will be asked any question on her Education during the Interview?
If yes, what should she Answer given that answer in DS160 is 'no' ?
