Visitor Visa approved for sister

My sister who is unmarried & working got 1 yr single entry Visitor visa issued at Delhi Consulate.

However, in her Visa Stamp there is an annotation which says " To visit brother in conn. for one month in Aug"

As per this annotation I assume that she will be allowed only one month of 1-94 at port of entry, which is fine as she is actually planning to be here only for a month as she has to go back and resume her job in india.

My question is does this annotation restrict her to visit only Connecticut as I would like to take her to other places in US during her stay here.

also, she will be entering at JFK NY, will that be a problem since Conn. also has a International Aiport.

She can enter at jfk , no problems. No one is going to ask about this but
even if someone does, she can say that she could not get a direct flight
to connecticut.

She can travel around US, again no problems.
