No surname on Passport.. Whats needs to be used for booking ticket ?

Hi,

My parents B2 visa was approved. They do not have a surname on the passport and only have a given name. Would any of you advise what needs to be entered for the last name for an online booking ?

Mom's Given Name: YYYY YYY
Surname: Blank

On Visa
Last Name: YYY
First Name: ZZZ

Dad's Given Name: AAA BBB YYY
On Visa:
Last Name: YYY
First Name: AAA BBB


Kindly advise if anyone had a similar situation before ?
