B2 - Visitor Visa - Information Needed Urgently - Please Help !!

I have a few question and seeking urgent answers to them for sponsoring Visitor Visa (B2) for my parents

1. i am in USA for around 16-17 months now on H1B visa, is it the sufficient time for Visa Officer to consider that I can sponsor my parents
2. My father is retired last year and helping my brother in his shop business and and my mother is a housewife. What and how should I show for my father's current employment while filling out DS160. I selected Business but then it ask various things like employer, income (if employed) etc....I mean whatever I show that would be the complete shop income not my father's so a little confused here.....Even if i show others, its asking the details on similar lines.....
3. How much money should I show in my a/c...I read in one of the earlier thread that even 10k $ are not enough ?

1. That's OK.
2. You need to show his income, whatever that is. And that is the income you would mention.
3. You can only show what you have. Therefore, I am not sure why people ask "how much should I show?"
