  • Info on supporting documents - urgent

My parents along with my sister (doing 11th standard currently) have applied for US b2 visa, all three got visa interview by next week together. Purpose of visit is purely tourism during summer vacation for 20 days planning to stay in my mom's brother house (he was an US citizen) there in US. I am currently working in India, haven't applied for Visa due to leave constraints. My dad is going to sponsor the trip (for self, my mom and my sister). He is a salaried person having annual income above 10 lak per annum and pays income tax properly. Having own house and properties in India too. My uncle has provided invitation letter addressing my mom to visit US with family and to stay in his house there in US.

We have made supporting documents ready for my parents. I need an query regarding supporting documents for my sister. We are planning to take her 10th std mark sheet, School ID card for 11st standard(current one) and planning to get a letter from school principal stating that my sister is studying in YYYY school and her 12th standard classes starts by june first week and should return for classes by that time. Is these supporting documents enough for my sister to be taken for interview? Anything else needed for safer side. We are even happy if she gets B2 visa even less than 6 months validity.

you have taken care of everything.
the only thing is 20 days seems a bit short for a trip to US.

Yes. Even we know its too short. Maximum they are planning to stay for a month. She has got the school vacation entire may month and classes starts by june first week.

My Grandmother (she's a green card holder) is staying in US. She's approaching 80 yrs age and find's difficult to travel to India, so they are planning to see her and visit tourist places. There is one more concern being said by everyone. It will be difficult to get B2 visa for my sister after she completes her 12th standard, since interviewer might think she may look out for opportunities there in US and plan to settle. So wanted to go for it by now itself so that we can assure that she will be returning back to india to attend 12th standard classes.
