    Hello
I am on H1 visa and my wife is on dependent visa(H4). I am planning to invite my parents-in-law and sister-in-law who live in India to visit us in summer. Should I sponsor or should my in-laws self-sponsor? Father-in-law has a home based business and sister-in-law is also working. What would be ideal in this scenario?
Or is it we sponsoring their visa is good because in case of any emergency it will show that we will take their responsibility?

Any information would be really helpful
    Thanks

I always advocate for a self sponsored visitor visa as the chances of getting visa is greater than some body sponsoring. What the Visa officer looks in the form DS is that if one gets back to own country after the visit to USA.
What you need to do is to send an invitation.

My father is going to pay for my expenses to go there and i shall be staying with my uncle and aunt there for a week. So who all and where should I mention them as sponsors. Do I have to mention my father living in India as my sponsor AND ALSO my uncle or ONLY my uncle or ONLY my father as the sponsor and a invitation from my uncle ? Who will fill out the I-134 forms ? I am thoroughly confused so please help soon !!!
