Wondering if this constitutes as "working" and would therefore not be legal on a B1/2 visa? Thanks in advance for your help!
I work for a UK company.
I'm paid in Pounds, into a UK bank account.
I transfer this to New Zealand where I live.
I pay tax in New Zealand.
My work is all online - I do not require external or third party suppliers and I do not generate business/sales of any kind.
Could I do this in the US for a few months or is this seen as "working" and therefor not legal? I would in no way be taking business away from any US companies, nor would I be taking away any jobs from US citizens.
