Hi,
I need to initiate my Mother's B2 visa only.
But in Profile set up on https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/ApplicantHome my mother is added as Family Member to my Father.
Now if it try to schedule Appointment for my Mother only, It is not allowing me to do it and is also going ahead and schedule my Father's appointment by default and then adds my mother's details. For some reason my father can't make the interview.
I tried to create a new profile for my mother , but system is not allowing me to do it as mother's profile is already linked with Father's ID.
Please suggest, how can i schedule Visa appointment for my mother only in this case.
