my parents applied for visa to attend my graduation ceremony. my dad got rejected for 4th time and my mom for 5th times. they were rejected on 04/26/2013 around 11am based on 212 b. my mom received call from embassy around 3pm and asked her how long she had her business. she wasn't sure if it was 9 or 1o years due to the month. and also we had that business for long time, we just registered 10 years ago. hence she got confused. the called asked if she is sure or just guessing and just hung up without saying anything. does anyone have any idea what this mean?
