Filling DS-160

I know there is a question in DS-160 which says "are you filling or someone else filling the form for you?"


Now my questions are

1 : is there any negative impact if I fill the form for my parents or is it like it has an edge if parents fill it by themselves in India?

2 : If i am filling it for them , should I answer the above question as yes or no?
