Visitor visa self sponser

My unmarried sister is going for her visa in a few days.She is working back in India but currently in her bank account there is not much amount to show she is sponsoring herself,but she has equity in the form of property.

Can she still self sponser herself?

My parents already have the visas. Can they sponser her?

No need to get offended , nothing is irrelevant.

*Age; If she is too young (eg. early twenties) her parents sponsoring can be accepted. IF she is a bit older , 30s , then it won't do.

*Purpose of visit/ travel abroad; If she is visiting a close relative, chances increase even with this income.
For casual tourism she needs to have a history of travel to other countries + better income( 10L +)

*You in US; They always ask about immediate relatives in US. if she is visiting you, you have the option to sponsor her but it depends on your visa,
