Dependent in filling ds160 form for us visa

Hi,
my brother had an appointment for us visa in dubai. he paid for two ds160 fee for himself and his wife , he also in his ds160 filled his wife as a dependent for traveling to us. they both had an appointment in the same slot and after interview they approved for us visa but they received only one case number for checking their status for clearance. i am concern about that why they have received only one case number. do you think this is ok or not?
( his wife was a dependent in my brother ds160 form ). please help me

Since both appeared for interview together they will get a common case number and you can check on their website regularly for an update.
