Hi All,
My father appeared for visitor visa interview few days back and was handed over white 221(g). He was a professor and is retired now. The visa officer enquired him about his research work and the research papers he published in various journals.
Now we need to send the abstract for his research works and his updated resume to the consulate. It is also mentioned in 221(g) that the documents to be sent (resume and abstracts) need to be in a specific format.
I could not find any specific format. Is anybody aware of any such format for resume/CV and paper abstract? I will highly appreciate your help on this.
Secondly, during the interview, the visa officer wanted to keep my father's passport with him. By mistake my father considered it to be a visa denial and took his passport back. Now, how can I submit the passport back again? Do I need to take fresh OFC and consular appointments or I can simple walk-in and deposit his passport with 221(g) paper.
