tourist visa to US from Canada for an Indian citizen

i am an Indian citizen, currently residing in Canada on a work permit since Mar 2013.
i want to visit USA on a tourist/visitor visa.
can you pls let me know the procedure to apply for the same.I will be applying the visa from Toronto,Canada.

also can you pls let me know the chances of rejection since its been only 3 months that i have been in Canada.

If you had a longer term contract and were in canada longer , chances would be much better.

Now,you being single, only one year contract, only 3 months in canada,
visa officer may think there is nothing compelling for your return to canada.

rejection %ages are only known to the embassy staff.
