I have following few doubts while filling DS-160 form. Please help.

National Identification Number
Should I mention Aadhaar number if I have one?

Address Where You Will Stay in the U.S
Should I mention my brothers address. Though we will travelling around with him.

U.S. Contact Information
I will be giving details of my brother. From the relationship options, should I select "Relative" or "Others" and then say Brother? Under this there is an text box for "Organization name" so should I put my brothers company name here?


Education
Should I mention details HSC onwards or from graduation degree onwards?

Reason for denial
Should I just mention "Student visa was denied in 2000" or should I be more specific?
