My wife has a 10y turist visa and we are planning that she visit me this summer. Will she have problems at the port of entry saying that she is visiting husband who is a LPR? She already visited me 3 times in the last 2 years, last time 1y ago, but we werent married before and more over she was saying before that she is visiting cousin that is still true as we are related but very distant.

Have you filed an immigrant petition for her after you got married ?
Also, does she have any ties at home country like a job or other family? -

I got my LPR via green card lottery and adjusted the status in the US last year. As my wife lives abroad I filled for her I824 petition, that was approved after I got my green card. However due to USCIS laziness and misplacement of here case number, that approval was after September 30th and for the green card lottery that is over the deadline, so that put us into lot of anger and miserable situation.
So bottom line is that there isn't any petition filled for her at the moment except that I824 form that is unusable.
She has a job in her home country and a family. She will carry with her a document stating that she has a "solid job" and my invitation letter.Comment

actually, once you have informed USCIS in any form that you are husband and wife , it can pop up on CBP computers
when she enters US on a B2. So she cannot really state any purpose other than visiting you.
So it is all at the discretion of the officer. Usually spouses of LPRs will be potential immigrants but
she can say her duration is short ( few weeks matching her job vacation) ,carry a leave letter from her job
