i went to USA for the first time on april 29 2013 with B1 B2 visa .i was given only one month stay ,so i left US on 27april and came back to india .now i want to ask you after howlong i can re enter US .pls reply

1.What was the purpose of visit you mentioned when you applied at the embassy?
2 What was the purpose of visit you stated when you entered US? Business or pleasure? ( Did they place a B1 stamp or a B2 stamp on your passport)
3.What is the validity of your visa ? Is it a one yr or a 10 yr visa ? Is it single entry or multiple entry?
4.Is there a note on your visa? ( annotation)?

yes i left US on may 27
1. purpose of visit was to visit sikh temple in US
2.same purpose was stated when i entered US .they placed b1 stamp
3.i have 10 year multiple entry b1b2 visa valid up to 2022
4.no there is not any note on my visa

There is no set rule about the interval between two visits but you should
keep an interval of 4-5 months for casual visits.

You can go earlier if there is a genuine reason like an emergency ( medical/family) or a short business visit.
In that case you must have proof to convince the entry officer.
