    visitors visa question

    Hi all.
    I want to visit a friend in Spain on a tourist visa for 3 months. My question is, is it possible for me to obtain a visitors visa to visit a brother in USA from Spain while I am on a visitors visa.

      It is advisable to apply in your home country
      because the consulars at US embassy in spain will not be familiar with
      circumstances in your home country and the first question they will ask you
      is why you did not apply in your home country.There are high chances of your visa being denied in spain.
