Visa Fee Payment - NEFT

I have couple of questions:
- On the US visa website it shows that the current fee for B2 visa is INR 9120 and same is applicable till 14/06/2013. Will the fee receipt be valid if I was to get one now but use it later for booking my interview date?

- I have filled all my details on the website for booking my appointment. On the payment page it is showing me a unique account number for NEFT payment. If I was to do the NEFT transfer to get a fee receipt and if post that I was to make some changes in the details, will the fee receipt be valid?

Once you make the payment, it is valid for one year.

I not sure about the language of interview I should select.

I am applying for B2 visa with my parents where both me and my father are comfortable with English while I want Hindi as language for my mother.

When I called the call center to clarify this, the lady told me that while scheduling my appointment date I will get an option to select language for each applicant. After sometime she said that I must select the common language everyone can speak and there is no guarantee that at the Consulate I will get Hindi interpreter if I have selected English while fixing my appointment.

She said if I select English then that will be the language for everyone
