DS 156 question 37,please help

hi,
my husband is sponsering my mom.he is working on EAD and waiting for pending 485 to get approved.

In 37 question,Are any one of the following persons in U.S or Do they have legal permanat residence or U.S citizen ship?Indicate the persons status in U.S?

As there is no option of son-in-law,
I have selected the check box beside son/daughter.
I am a housemaker now
As I am neither working nor sponsering my mom's visa and having EAD ,what should I mention for the status?
EAD with pending I 485 or any other suggestions??

You must have some status written on your I-94 card ; like B-1, H-1,
etc. on which you entered US /changed status. That is what you should
answer.
