Sign I- 134 in fromt of Immigration Officer

Hi ,
I have appointment in Bombay Consulate for my H1 Visa renewal and my parents visitor Visa.

I dont have I 134 notorized from notary in US.

Can I sign it infront of Immigration officer during interview ?

I have H1 Renewal appointment. My parents have appointment for Visitor Visa.

Will it create some issue ?
