My parents got their non immigrant visas

Please advise what should I do regarding my parents visas. I am a USA citizen and my parents didn't get visitor visas today... Where should I apply??
Is there any institution in US who can help me.???

Where are your parents and which consulate did they go to?

Because they are eligible for immigrant visas in the immediate family category, so it will be hard for them to get visitor visas.
You should file for their immigrant visas which they should be able to get
within a year.
