On DS-160 address is not printed correctly...City and state is missing.

My parents already booked visa appointment but the US address is not printed correctly at two places on DS-160 form.

What should we do ? Shell we can submit new form ?

Does it matter that much ?

Your parents don't need to carry print out of DS-160 form for their interview at the Consulate or even to OFC. Your parents should carry print out of their DS 160 and appointment confirmation page, passport and other documents.

While entering US address in DS-160 form I think mentioning City and selecting State from the drop down was mandatory. Till they are sure that they have entered the correct details, you should not bother to fill a new form even if the details are not visible in your print out.
