doubts while filling ds-160 form

all
i am applying for toursit visa B2
kindly help me how to fill ds160 form..
1.Passport/Travel Document Type: what should i select here?
2:Purpose of Trip to the U.S. here there is no option like Tourism purpose (B2).. then what should i choose?
3:Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, or been refused admission
to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at
the port:what answer should i give here?y bcoz my visa was refused once in hyderabad consulate
3:Primary Occupation:what should i give here?
sir i am self-employed.means.i have own industry..i am running this onbehalf of my father..i don't any partnership in this property..my father will give profit at the end of the year...

TEMP. BUSINESS PLEASURE VISITOR (B)

After this a new drop down will appear in which you select
TOURISM/PERSONAL TRAVEL (B2)

3:Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, or been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port:what answer should i give here?y bcoz my visa was refused once in hyderabad consulate

You must select YES and in the text box which will appear state the reason. If you had applied for a student visa which got refused say "WAS DENIED STUDENT VISA IN YYYY"

3:Primary Occupation:what should i give here?
Select BUSINESS

You must carry your companies and your own IT returns for the last 3 years as proof

My parents are applying for visa.. my mother is a teacher.. so what should be mentioned in primary occupation??? education or others???
kindly help..
