B2 Vistor visa

I am trying to support my parents for B2 visa.My visa has expired on April 2013.
My I-140 has been approved as of now for Green card process.Do i need to have my visa stamped before I provide all the documentation for B2 visa process.
Any information would be helpful.

You just need to show that you are in legal status.

Has your visa stamp expired or visa status expired? If it is just visa stamp, you are fine. If your visa status has expired, you are out of status (illegal).
