Tourist visa for sis

my sis in law is interested doing her tourist visa
she is working in private company in india and she and her husband will be going for mutual divorce.
she wants to file for visa before starting her divorce case.

will there be any problem for her getting US visa?
my hubby will be sending her invite letter and bank letter ; we are in the process of GC , is there any problem for us as well for sending her invite letter?

they will ask her why she is traveling without her husband, if they become suspicious of her marital problems
by her answers, they may deny her.
If she can overcome that , she should show a good income of her own and it is preferable she funds her own trip.
you guys can just send the invitation.
