Can we use scanned hard copy of i-134

can i use the colored print out of I-134 which was sent by my brother from USA. as we didnt have time waiting for same due to early date of interview.

Its better to have original copy of this document as this is a Sponsor affidavit.

Option 1
Tell your sponsor to courier the documents by express post and you should have it in 3 days

Option 2
If courier does not come, carry print out of I-134 and tell the VO that original was couriered but has not reached yet

Option 3
If you are not completely ready with your documentation, why don't you check with the call center and see if you can push your appointment by a week. This will give you sufficient time to have everything in order

thanks for the advice. but i think as my date is very close by so pushing may put bad effect. but tell me should i hand over this i-134 while handing over my passports to VO or should i just inform him that i have i-134, what to do about it??
I ALSO HAVE congress man recommendation should i hand it over to them alongwith the i-134 or should i wait till the time he ask me for ???

The problem is you are creating different threads for each question. Please create only 1 thread and continue to ask all your questions in the same thread.

I have already answered this before. As far as I-134 is concerned you are supposed to show this document only if asked for and this is true for all other documents you may carry.

As far as congressman recommendation is concerned, from what I know they fax a letter to the respective Consulate in India directly so you may not have to show it.

Just like using Congressman's letter is left upto judgement of an applicant, I think whether to present it or not / when to present it would be left to your judgement.
