Just received a job offer in New York for a company I have been with for 5 years in UK. This company has a sister company in NY and I have been offered a role there. what sort of visa would you recommend I apply for? Please have in mind that I am married with 2 children under 21 years.

H1 quota is over and will re open only next year April 2014. L1B/L1A as per your role seems to be the only route as of now for an early start date.
