I took an visa appointment at Chennai consulate for 3 October 2005 at 10 am to 10.15 am for both my father and mother and the receipt number was 200520052352. They both are planning to come to usa together for tourism. While taking the visa appointment, I have entered all the information for my mother also along with my father on www.ttsvisas.com but when I took the printout with the given receipt number it was showing only my father's datails but not my mother's. I followed instructions for adding my mother on and included her data when I make appointment for my father. I hope probably there was a problem with tts service on the website at that particular time. What should we do? My mother also can attend the interview on the same day when my father is attending (3rd Oct 2005) or my mother needs to take another appointment (fresh) again? Is there any procedure to follow to attend the both on the same day? I appreciate your help if you could reply me soon.
