visitors visa questions - please help

My mom is planning to visit me this October. Her visa interview is on Sep 28th in Chennai. My dad is working and can sponsor her trip to US. I had finished my Masters and only started to work this July and might not have enough financial documents to completely sponsor her trip. I would like to know whether she will face any difficulties since I cannot sponsor her trip. I would also like to know what kind of questions she can expect during her interview. I would appreciate any help with the questions.

No, A sponsor is not mandatory and in fact, their ability to finance their own trip is a favourable factor in getting the visa since it shows their financial health and thus ties to India. You only need
to send an invitation letter explaining your visa/employment status in US and a copy of your visa.

What do you do in India?
How many children in all and how many in India?
Why do you want to go?
For how long do you want to stay there?
Why is your husband not going with you?
What does he do?
What is his income?
