Incorrect name on my appointment confirmation

Hi, I have visa interview scheduled on Monday morning and just now I realised my name on the appointment confirmation is incorrect.
Name on my passport is : Last Name : DIXIT
Given Name : NEHA, MANOHAR

However on the appointment confirmation, it is : Last Name : DIXIT
Given Name : NEHA

My DS-160 has the correct information. I wasnt told anything during my biometrics appointment. They had only verified my DS 160.

What do I do now?
