  • Applying for visitor visa for parents, while family is in India

    Hi,
we had earlier applied for visitor visa for parents and mother-in law and it got rejected under 214-b in 2012 Jan. My parents ( father and mother) and MIL all attended the interview at same slot. My father is retired and mother is house wife, my brother is in Bangalore. The only source of income is the amount I and my brother send to them. They have their own house in native.

I am planning to re-apply for visitor visa for my parents this time, and I would like know answers for following questions
    1. Is it better to apply for the visa for my mom and father in same time Or is it better to apply separately?
    2. Last time when they asked about the source of income, they answered that honestly that both of us send money to them monthly and they highlighted the fact that my brother is in Bangalore. How this question should be answered?
    3. I am expecting my family to be in India by September, and I will be in US till Jan, and go to india for 1 month vacation and come back in Feb. If I apply for the visa while my family is in India, would it have any side affect?
    4. Last time we mentioned that my father was retired ( he was actually a labor). He is going to work again. what are the side effects if we had mentioned he was retired last time, and if we mention he is working now.

Thanks very much for your help.
