Help: B2 for wife to join me on vacation after company yearly meeting

Hi experts,

I have a couple of questions I need validation on for my wife's tourist visa to USA:
Purpose: Join me (a few days after) during my company's annual gathering (family allowed) and later tour USA for a week together. I already have a B1/B2 visa.

Questions:
- For the question 'Are there other persons travelling with you?' should the answer be YES, given I will be touring/travelling with my wife, even though I would enter USA before her? My assumption is - travelling is the whole trip time spent in USA and not just initial travel to enter USA.
- US Point of contact.
What should be the Point of contact if we do not know anyone in the USA? I'm not sure if I'll be the point of contact as I'll receive my wife at the airport, but I'm not a resident of USA. Should this just be the name of the hotel we plan to stay in (as per guidelines in immihelp)?
