    Hi,
I am working in USA under H1B. I would like to sponsor visitor VISA to USA for my mother. Her name in my passport doesn't matches with her name in her passport. In this situation

    (1) Can I sponsor her Visitor VISA to visit USA?
    (2) How this name mismatches impact me sponsoring her visitor VISA?
    (3) If there are any issues, how can I mitigate or resolve those?

    Please guide me

    Thanks in advance,
    Ramesh Babu

Yes, you can. Forget about her name in YOUR passport.

Both of you should use her name in her passport in the whole application process
    and I-134 form.

As an additional precaution ( though they may not require), she should take an additional proof of you being her son to the interview.
If you have a birth certificate with her name on it. Send a copy of that.

What are the valid proofs considered by USCIS that proves I am the son of my mother? Please suggest

      Thanks in advance

Birth certificate with your mother's real name on it.
Any other document issued by govt./educational institution.

If you do not have it, she should just go ahead and apply. This is something that can be omitted on officer discretion for a visitor visa.
