Hi,
I had VAC appointment for my parents today and scheduled visa appointment for tomorrow morning.
On the day of VAC appointment, officer at VAC office realized that my Dad has incorrect first name on DS-160.
Now the situation is: my mother finger prints and photos are taken and as per staff from VAC, she can proceed with her interview tomorrow whereas my Dad needs to re-schedule the appointment with correct name.
So I need to know if its okay for my mother to attend the visa interview alone when I have taken a group appointment?
Secondly: My father's passport itself has incorrect name so should I apply for name change and then apply for VISA? In his case, his correct name is SAHEB but on
passport its spelled as SAHAB.
