b2 visa rejected

My huaband is permanent resident of us. Im doing a good job here and we have two kids.i applied for b2 visa and got rejected.the vo didnt ask me anything about myself! Only told since my husband is lpr so i cant get this visa. Shall i reapply???

No not for B2, they are assuming (no matter what your actual plans are) that you will just go there and stay, you need to apply for a spousal visa. I-130, and that process on AVERAGE will take 9-12 months, but that time varies with so many factors.

I live in bangladesh and id my husband file petition for us now,can u tell me how long it will take to end this procedure and when can we go there.?
