URGENT - regarding bank statement

Hi,
I am trying to sponsor my parents for a visa. I do not have access to a local bank office as I opened an online accout. I have contacted the bank to send a letter but looks like it is gonna take time.

Can you send printed online bank statements? Will the visa be rejected based on this?

Also, is a fax letter ok to be sent or do we need the original letter?

printed online bank statement is fine but you still have to get a letter from the bank saying that you have account from such and such date and $$$ is your balance.

If you have time send the original docs.. Global priority mail is taking around days for the doc to be delivered in India

Thank you for your reply. The bank is sending a letter by overnight mail today. Hopefully I will have it by tomorrow.
