Parents visiting USA - Questions Port of Entry - URGENT

Hi,
My parent will be travelling in couple of days to US from india. At the time of visa stamping, in DS-160 and in the invitation letter the stay address at US was my old apartment and currently I moved to a new apartment which is a nearby area and hence address changed.
What address should they say if they are asked at port of entry? Should I send any new invitaiton letter with new apartment address?

Plese let me know if they need to fill NEW address only in customs form at Port of entry?
Will they ask like why old addresss has been provided in ds-160 or some thing like this?
please advise what all docs they should carry while travel?

Use new address on the customs form. They do not match DS 160 with customs form. Customs form is collected after immigration.

They should carry your new address and phone no. A copy of your visa. that is all.
